What is a Training school?
In order to meet the demand for practical and quickly applicable knowledge and skills, we developed a series of workshops for supply chain specialists and managers. The methodology is created entirely by the SUPPLY CHAIN LTD team. The programs include some theoretical part and a lot of exercises to solve practical issues, discussions on any professional topics and homework. Every theme is refracted through the prism of the respective profession. We use software to simulate the production processes in Training School Effective Production and re-engineering.
We lead also inter-company training sessions. We first scan the competency level of the employees and discuss what the targets of the organizations are.
How are the themes and modules organized?
The themes are specialized for each department: Planning, Deliveries, Production, Logistics and Warehouse. These themes are applicable to all supply chain employees. The continuation of each module depends on the hierarchy level – the higher the position, the more knowledge and skill should be acquired. You may see the detailed schedules in the page of each profession. Although you may participate in single themes only, we recommend you to take all sessions, as the effectivity is rather higher then and the themes upgrade each other. Apart from that, you cannot manage something that you do not know in details, as the key for success in supply chain is the discipline and control. Our target is you to accumulate enough knowledge, skills and confidence that will help you to achieve extraordinary results in your practices.
For instance, the Planning Manager needs to pass the themes for the Planning Specialist and then to upgrade with the rest themes.
Module I is almost obligatory because it introduces the way of thinking, how to solve the tasks and to align you with the world practices.
There are no limits in your participation, of course – if you want to come to all modules, although you are still not a manager, you are more than welcome.
As the supply chain is an extremely dynamic department, we know that its employees are very occupied and they may miss some of the sessions. Then they can come to the same course in another city.
How do we achieve Results?
As we insist on very high quality and we want our students to apply the leant stuff immediately, we give homework after each session and discuss it on the next training. The homework from the last module is discusses online.
Apart from that, we send you our comments on your homework to an email, pointed by you. The aim is you to become perfect in your job with on time adequate guidance.
Payment
Registration and payments for every module or session should happen maximum 5 (five) working days before each event.
If you want to participate in one training only, it is possible also. But in this case you lose the opportunity to achieve higher results, to get evaluation of your homework and a feed back about your performance. And of course, you will need to catch up with the group level.
